משרה מלאה | 📍 תל אביב
התפקיד כולל:
• ניהול ותפעול הכשרות משלב התכנון ועד לסיום (ניהול רישום, גבייה, ומתן שירות שוטף)
• שיווק קורסים וסדנאות במדיות דיגטליות שונות
· עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנים־ארגוניים וחיצוניים: לקוחות, מרצים וספקים.
• ניהול אדמינסטרטיבי שוטף
דרישות:
✔️ ניסיון קודם בשיווק / ריכוז הכשרות / הפקת אירועים – יתרון.
✔️ אוריינטציה שיווקית וטכנולוגית .
✔️ יכולת ניסוח טובה בכתב ובעל פה.
✔️ יכולת ארגון, סדר, ירידה לפרטים וניהול מספר משימות במקביל.
✔️יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.
✔️ תודעת שירות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה מול לקוחות, מרצים וספקים.
✔️פרואקטיביות, אחריות אישית ונכונות לעבודה דינמית.
✔️יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.
✔️נכונות לעבודה גמישה, כולל בשעות אחר הצהריים.
