    We are hiring a PMO Specialist for a government organization located in central Israel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Project Managers and Development teams

    • Support and monitor technology projects

    • Lead annual and quarterly planning processes

    • Align project tasks with strategic objectives, analyze data, and provide management insights

    • Implement Agile methodologies, manage project plans, identify risks and blockers, monitor project progress, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization

    Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience in PMO, project management, and technology project governance

    • Experience supporting technology projects using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid methodologies

    • Experience building integrated work plans, managing project portfolios, and executing project governance processes

    • Experience building quarterly work plans (PI Planning), managing cross-functional dependencies, and analyzing data to support decision-making

    • Proficiency in Monday and experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization
