Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for all R&D projects, assisting in the execution of work plans.
• Track annual work plans, ensuring alignment with objectives, monitoring progress against plans, managing resources, and identifying risks.
• Work extensively with the company’s project management systems to maintain project control.
• Work extensively with the factory for resource coordination and major breakdowns.
• Oversee project timelines and proactively manage risks to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist development teams with procurement and logistics processes.
• Collaborate closely with R&D team leaders, project managers, system engineers, procurement teams, and production staff.
• Active involvement in the project life cycle (KOM, DRs, installation, integration, validation).
• Align/focus the project team towards the main goals.
• Responsibility for coordinating and managing subcontractor activities, mainly timelines, compliance, terms, and financials.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–4 years of experience in related roles.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, assertiveness, and a proactive approach.
• Systemic and process-oriented thinking with the ability to analyze and optimize workflows.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Experience in building and managing Gantt-based work plans, with proficiency in MS Project.
• Previous experience as a PMO is a significant advantage.
• Experience with Jira and Priority is an advantage.
