Original listing · kept for referenceAn opportunity to help shape the future of colorants.
At EcoCrystal, we are developing a next-generation platform of high-performance, nature-inspired structural colorants based on precisely engineered crystals.
Our technology addresses a major global need: safe, effective and scalable alternatives to conventional whitening, pearlescent and reflective pigments used in food, cosmetics, personal care and additional regulated consumer applications.
We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our team and help translate a breakthrough scientific capability into a robust, repeatable and scalable manufacturing process.
This is a hands-on R&D role at the intersection of crystallization, chemical engineering, wet-lab execution, formulation, analytical thinking and practical scale-up.
The role includes designing and running experiments, developing process logic, testing the resulting pigments in relevant applications, and helping move the technology toward commercialization.
We are looking for someone who asks good questions before running an experiment, executes with discipline, documents clearly, and enjoys understanding why a process behaves the way it does.
It is an opportunity to join EcoCrystal at a stage where strong engineering can meaningfully shape both the technology and the company’s trajectory.
The core background we are looking for is chemical engineering or chemistry, but we are also open to strong candidates from food science, biotechnology, materials science or related fields who bring genuine hands-on process-development experience.
