Junior Industrial Engineer – Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Managing and coordinating production planning using the ERP system as the primary tool.

• Reporting & Data Management: Generating complex periodic reports using ERP and Excel systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Daily coordination and communication with various organizational departments, including Production, QA, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Packaging, and more.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Managing alignment across all departments supporting production to implement operational plans and meet deadlines.

• Packaging Process Planning: Managing the packaging process and visual inspections, while addressing marketing and shipping requirements.

• Inventory Management: Managing raw materials and resources while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

• Quality Management: Overseeing quality plans and driving continuous process improvements.

• Project Management: Leading projects and process enhancements while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – Mandatory

• High proficiency in Excel, including experience with advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP – Mandatory

• Prior experience in a similar role within supply chain operations in a manufacturing industry – Advantage (Not mandatory)

Job Scope: Full-time, on-site at the company’s site in Beit Kama.
