תחומי אחריות:
• ניהול, תחזוקה ושדרוג של תשתיות תקשורת בסביבות Private Cloud ו-Data Centers.
• הקמה, ניהול ותפעול של מתגים (Switches), נתבים (Routers) וציוד תקשורת מתקדם.
• ניהול ותפעול מערכות Firewall, VPN ופתרונות אבטחת מידע.
• תכנון והטמעת VLANs, סגמנטציה וניתוב בין רשתות.
• עבודה עם פתרונות High Availability, Load Balancing ו-Network Redundancy.
• ניטור ביצועי הרשת, איתור ופתרון תקלות תקשורת מורכבות.
• ניהול והטמעת בקרות אבטחת מידע בסביבות Hosting, Cloud ותשתיות הארגון.
• עבודה עם מערכות SIEM, EDR/XDR, Firewalls וכלי ניטור ואבטחה. ביצוע תהליכי Vulnerability Management, מעקב אחר חולשות וליווי הטיפול בהן.
• עבודה מול לקוחות Enterprise ומתן תמיכה ברמות Tier 2/3.
• שיתוף פעולה עם צוותי סיסטם, וירטואליזציה, אחסון וסייבר.
• השתתפות בפרויקטי הקמה, מיגרציות ושדרוגי תשתיות.
• כתיבת תיעוד טכני ונהלי עבודה.
דרישות התפקיד:
• ניסיון של 3–4 שנים לפחות בתחום ניהול רשתות ואבטחת מידע.
• ניסיון בעבודה עם ציוד תקשורת של Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet או יצרנים מובילים אחרים.
• ניסיון בהקמה, הגדרה ותחזוקה של Firewalls.
• ידע מעמיק בפרוטוקול TCP/IP.
• ניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם:
• VLAN
• Routing
• BGP / OSPF
• VPN
• NAT
• ניסיון באיתור ופתרון תקלות תקשורת מורכבות.
• היכרות עם סביבות וירטואליזציה כגון VMware או Hyper-V.
• ניסיון בעבודה בסביבות Cloud ותשתיות Enterprise.
• עברית ואנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
