השכלה אקדמית רלוונטית - חובה
ניסיון של שלוש שנים לפחות בתפקיד דומה בארגון בינוני / גדול – ניסיון מהתעשייה
היכרות עם כלל היבטי משאבי אנוש (גיוס, פרט, שימור עובדים, פיתוח ארגוני, שכר והטבות ורווחה)
