Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Communications & Media Relations Lead to support the execution of ForSight’s PR and communications strategy. Reporting to the Director of PR & Communications, this role will play a key part in driving media engagement, amplifying our brand presence, and supporting storytelling efforts across multiple internal and external channels.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong media instincts, excellent writing skills, and a passion for translating complex medical and technological innovations into compelling narratives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external media to help position ForSight Robotics as the leader in robotic ophthalmic surgery.
Responsibilities
• Support content creation for internal and external channels, including blog posts, LinkedIn, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate social media accounts, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company strategy.
• Draft and edit high-quality written content, including press releases, backgrounders, and briefing documents.
• Research and evaluate prospective media channels, conferences, and speaking opportunities and assist in coordinating interviews, press briefings, and events.
• Support proactive media outreach and monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify new PR opportunities.
Qualifications
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (native or native-level fluency required).
• At least 2–4 years of experience in public relations, media, or communications.
• Background as a journalist or experience working at a PR agency, with proven experience drafting press materials and pitching to media outlets.
• Strong understanding of media landscapes, especially in tech, healthcare, or business press.
• Experience managing or contributing to social media channels in a professional capacity.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (with honors) from a U.S - based university.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in high-tech industries, with a strong preference for MedTech, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Familiarity with global media landscapes.
• Hebrew proficiency is a strong advantage.
