In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).
The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.
Senior Non-Key Expert - Public Relations and Advertising Agent
Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing public relations and media outreach strategies.
• Planning, negotiating and managing media buying and advertising campaigns across traditional and digital media channels.
• Building and maintaining relationships with media organisations, journalists and communication partners.
• Supporting the preparation and dissemination of press materials, media kits and promotional content.
• Coordinating PR campaigns to maximise the visibility and impact of EU policies, initiatives and events.
• Monitoring media coverage and campaign performance, and preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Advising on communication opportunities, reputation management and audience engagement strategies.
• Collaborating with communication teams, creative agencies and external service providers to ensure consistent campaign delivery.
Minimum Qualification and Skills
• Degree (or equivalent) in PR, communication or marketing;
• Fluent English.
Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience
• 5 years' general experience in PR/advertising;
• 3 years' specific experience negotiating media buys and managing PR campaigns;
• Experience with EU institutions is an asset.
