Ecommerce Onboarding Specialist (Rithum / Linnworks / Amazon / Walmart / Shopify)

3Dsellers is a fast-growing multichannel ecommerce platform empowering sellers to list, sync, and grow across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify all from one place.

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Catalog & Marketplace Specialist who has worked with tools like Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Linnworks, and similar solutions.

In this role, you will help onboard sellers to the 3Dsellers platform, manage their product data, troubleshoot feed issues, and ensure successful multichannel listing and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard sellers and migrate product catalogs to 3Dsellers

• Map product data and templates for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.

• Troubleshoot and resolve feed and listing errors

• Set up repricing, flex feeds, and custom exports

• Advise sellers on multichannel listing strategies and marketplace compliance

• Work closely with our product team to improve tools and seller experience

• Collect seller feedback, understand their needs, and bring clear product insights and feature requests to the product team

• Join weekly calls with the CEO to discuss customer issues, product gaps, and seller needs

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years working with Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, or similar tools

• Deep knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplace integrations

• Experience with template mapping, feed setup, and data troubleshooting

• Strong grasp of spreadsheet/data file handling (Excel/CSV/FTP)

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

This is a hands-on support and implementation role ideal for someone who knows the ecommerce marketplace ecosystem inside and out, and is passionate about helping sellers succeed.
