תחומי אחריות-

* הכנת כתבי כמויות (BOQ) ובדיקת כמויות לאורך ביצוע הפרויקט.

* ניתוח עלויות, הכנת אומדנים ובקרת תקציב.

* ניהול שינויים, תוספות והפחתות בהתאם להסכמים ולחוזים.

* הפקת דוחות מסחריים תקופתיים והצגת סטטוס הפרויקט להנהלה.

* עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי פרויקטים, מחלקת הנדסה, רכש וכספים.

* תמיכה בתהליכי תמחור והכנת הצעות מחיר, בהתאם לצורך.

* זיהוי הזדמנויות להתייעלות ולשיפור הרווחיות בפרויקטים.

דרישות התפקיד-

* תואר בהנדסה אזרחית / הנדסאי/ת בניין / ניהול בנייה או תחום רלוונטי – יתרון.

* ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתפקיד QS / תמחירן/ית או Cost Control בתחום הבנייה והתשתיות – חובה.

* ניסיון בפרויקטים של בנייה תעשייתית – יתרון משמעותי.

* הבנה מעמיקה בקריאת תוכניות, מפרטים טכניים וכתבי כמויות.

* שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel – חובה.

* ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת ERP כגון Priority – יתרון.

* אנגלית ברמה טובה – קריאה וכתיבה
