In this role, you will act as a central integrator across all teams to drive planning, governance, and operational control processes.
You will be responsible for developing divisional work plans, establishing KPI frameworks, and delivering data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
What you will do:
• Lead the development and tracking of annual divisional work plans while collaborating with managers to define clear milestones.
• Proactively identify operational risks and bottlenecks, providing the management team with actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
• Design and maintain divisional KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to analyze performance trends and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate project costing activities, monitor budgets, and evaluate resource utilization across the division.
• Support cross-functional operational improvement initiatives to optimize overall organizational performance.
What you will bring:
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, while an MBA is considered an advantage.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in divisional planning, project controls, budgeting, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with KPI development, data analytics tools, and high proficiency in Excel and BI systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in complex project-based environments, manufacturing, infrastructure, or EPC organizations.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent executive communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
