ארגון גדול באזור הצפון מוביל/ת AI לתפקיד משמעותי הכולל הובלת תחום הבינה המלאכותית ברמת המחוז או היחידה הארגונית. במסגרת התפקיד תוביל/י יוזמות AI מקצה לקצה – החל מזיהוי צרכים והזדמנויות עסקיות, דרך אפיון, תכנון ופיתוח פתרונות, ועד להטמעה מלאה ואימוץ בפועל על ידי המשתמשים.

מה תעשו בתפקיד?

• הובלת יוזמות AI משלב הרעיון ועד ליישום והטמעה.

• זיהוי והגדרת Use Cases בעלי ערך עסקי גבוה.

• תעדוף יוזמות בשיתוף הנהלת היחידה.

• פיתוח ויישום פתרונות AI באמצעות כלים ארגוניים וסביבות Low-Code.

• תכנון והקמה של Workflows ו-AI Agents לייעול תהליכים עסקיים.

• עבודה Hands-on עם כלי AI מתקדמים כגון Copilot, Agents וכלים נוספים.

• הובלת תהליכי שינוי, הדרכה והטמעת שימוש יומיומי בפתרונות AI.

• שיתוף פעולה שוטף עם מרכז המצוינות הארגוני בתחום ה-AI (AI CoE) לצורך קבלת ליווי מקצועי, עבודה בהתאם לסטנדרטים ארגוניים ויישום פתרונות חדשניים.

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

• תואר ראשון במערכות מידע, מדעי המחשב, הנדסה, מנהל עסקים או תחום רלוונטי.

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים או דיגיטליים.

• ניסיון בפיתוח או ביישום פתרונות AI ואוטומציה.

• ניסיון Hands-on בעבודה עם כלי AI כגון Copilot, AI Agents וכדומה.

• הבנה טכנית הכוללת עבודה עם APIs, אינטגרציות ויכולת כתיבת קוד בסיסי.

• חשיבה מוצרית, יכולת לנתח צרכים עסקיים ולהפוך אותם לפתרונות ישימים.

• יכולת להוביל תהליכים, לרתום משתמשים ולהניע שינוי בארגון.
