Job Description:
• Planning, monitoring, and controlling the project throughout its lifecycle.
• Budget control with a critical analytical approach.
• Risk assessment and building project work plans.
• Creating project status and progress reports.
• Working with multiple interfaces, including subcontractors, the Finance department, and plant management.
• Ongoing reporting to the division, Board of Directors, external auditors, and banks.
• Handling additional operational aspects of the project, including purchase requisitions and delivery notes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Business Administration – Required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Planning & Control – Required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel – Required.
• Knowledge of SAP and WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) project management – Significant advantage.
• Experience in building and monitoring project work plans – Advantage.
• Experience in creating purchase requisitions – Advantage.
