What You’ll Do:
• Manage executives’ calendars and schedules
• Coordinate meetings and assist with logistics
• Provide ongoing administrative support
• Work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence
• Manage office supplies, orders, and procurement processes
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative / office management role
• Strong administrative background and experience working with multiple systems
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously
• Experience with SAP - a significant advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
