ביצוע ואלידציות בקווי הייצור ובחינות קבלה למכונות, תוך כתיבת פרוטוקול בחינה, ביצוע הבחינה וכן דו"ח הבחינה
כתיבת תוכניות איכות עפ"י דרישת הלקוח ועדכונן ע"פ הצורך
ניתוחים סטטיסטיים והדרכות עובדים בנושא בקרת תהליך סטטיסטית (SPC)
הכנת חקרי תקלה
קריאה ולמידה של תקני קבלה של לקוחות ומתן התייחסות ליכולת לעמוד מול דרישות אלו
ביצוע מבדקי איכות בקווי הייצור
השתתפות בסקרי הצעה / חוזה ומתן התייחסות לעמוד בדרישות אלו
כתיבת פרוטוקול לדוחות בחינת קבלה (LATR) לסדרות תחמושת
כתיבת דרישות איכות מיוחדות להזמנות רכש של חומרי גלם
השתתפות בפגישות טכניות עם ספקים ולקוחות עפ"י הצורך (בארץ ובחו"ל)

הנדסאי.ת / מהנדס.ת בתעשייה וניהול / מכונות
ניסיון לפחות 3 שנים בתעשייה כהנדסאי.ת / מהנדס.ת תעו"נ / מכונות / איכות
הכרות וניסיון מעשי בעבודה עם תוכנת אוטוקד
עבודה עם מערכות מידע הנדסי-יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה עם תקנים בינלאומיים
קורסי איכות שונים - יתרון
הכרות עם תקן תעופה AS9100 – יתרון
