About the position:
We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Product Manager. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level product vision and R&D execution - translating game concepts into tight specifications, validating player flows, and ensuring seamless release quality.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure sprint backlogs are prioritized, refined, and ready for development. Proactively identify requirement gaps, technical dependencies, edge cases, and execution risks to drive swift resolution.
• ranslate strategic product direction and game concepts into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive documentation in full alignment with Game Design and R&D teams.
• Take a hands-on approach to validating end-to-end player journeys and game loops. Identify friction points, bugs, usability gaps, and missing states to guarantee launch-ready feature quality.
• Serve as the central alignment point between R&D, Game Design, Art and QA teams, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified vision of the target product outcome.
• Take end-to-end ownership of selected product features from initial scoping to post-release monitoring.
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product manager in the gaming industry, preferably within the iGaming, Social Casino, or Real-Money Gaming sectors.
• Proven track record in product management, game production, or game design.
• Experience in working closely with R&D, Game Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to drive successful product execution.
• Analytical mindset with strong product judgment and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent, professional-level written and spoken English - a must.
• Experience with online slots is a strong advantage.
• Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of managing complex dependencies, tracking open questions, and driving tasks to completion.
• Deeply product-minded with the ability to evaluate the holistic player experience, catch missing edge cases, and maintain high standards for game feel and execution polish.
• Strong technical orientation and ability to work closely with R&D teams on product execution.
• Rapidly absorb new tools, internal architectures, and domain complexities. Highly comfortable diving into task prep, bug triage, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Proactive and self-driven; you naturally focus on solving roadblocks and creating structure in dynamic environments rather than just escalating issues.
• Highly motivated, open to constructive feedback, and determined to continuously develop into broader product leadership roles.
