    📢 We're Hiring | CRM Dynamics 365 System Analyst

    A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced CRM Dynamics 365 System Analyst to join its Capital Markets & Enterprise Systems Division, supporting the Consumer Credit domain. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a financial organization

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server

    • Experience managing projects from requirements through delivery

    • 3+ years of experience analyzing open systems and web-based applications

    • Strong technical systems analysis skills, including process analysis and management

    • Excellent analytical thinking with a broad system-level perspective

    • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business domains

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    • Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills Nice to Have: • Familiarity with financial systems, particularly loan management systems
