• הכנה והגשת בקשות להיתרי בניה וייצוג תע"א מול משרד הביטחון/ הועדה למתקנים בטחוניים
• ליווי והנחיית מנהלי הפרויקט ואחרים לבקשות להיתר בניה
• שמירה תכנונית – בדיקת תכניות וכתיבת חו"ד בהתאם
• קידום וליווי תב"עות ותוכניות אב– ניהול צוות תכנון וקידום התב"ע מול רשויות התכנון
• עריכת בדיקות סטטוטוריות
• ריכוז מידע והכנה לוועדות רישוי פנימיות מה אנחנו מחפשים דרישות התפקיד:דרישות התפקיד:
