• הובלת תהליכי Lean Manufacturing ו-Continuous Improvement מקצה לקצה.
• אחריות על שיפור KPI’s תפעוליים כגון: OEE, Lead Time, Productivity, Scrap, OTIF ועוד.
• הובלת תהליכי התייעלות, יצירת סטנדרטים, שגרות ניהול ובקרות תפעוליות.
