    Position Overview

    • Principal Control & Motion Architect / Technical Lead serving as the ultimate professional authority for automation, logic, and motion architecture across the entire global organization.

    • Defining, developing, and auditing complex PLC code, real-time control logic, and high-precision multi-axis motion control applications for intricate, heavy-machinery hardware systems.

    • Spearheading end-to-end (E2E) system integration, lab experimentation, and field validation phases, troubleshooting complex multi-disciplinary anomalies at the hardware-software boundary.

    • Providing high-level technical mentorship and professional guidance to a specialized team of control and automation engineers to foster engineering excellence.

    • Core Ecosystem Industrial Automation, Motion Control, PLC Programming, Multi-Disciplinary Systems, Siemens TIA Portal, Unitronics, Robotics, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Real-Time Systems.

    Requirements
