We are looking for a Community Manager for a maternity leave replacement (with an option to continue) to join our exclusive team and be part of Israel’s dynamic and challenging high-tech ecosystem. This is a leadership role with diverse responsibilities, working closely with upper management to achieve company goals.
As a Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a pleasant working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and additional services. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, who can multitask effectively, build strong client relationships, and drive occupancy goals. You will represent the company’s brand in the marketplace and ensure smooth, efficient operations at the location.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with POINT members and be the focal point for all their needs.
• Create meaningful relationships with and among POINT members.
• Create and organize community events.
• Taking an active role in growing and nurturing the POINT community.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with maintenance teams to ensure that processes are running smoothly.
• Identify their new needs or challenges for the customer and forecast future expansion.
• Manage the Conference Hall: lead handling, deal closing, and event management.
Required Skills:
• BA/BSc in relevant fields.
• Experience in Customer Service/ Hospitality.
• Strong verbal and Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Exceptional networking skills.
• Great teamwork skills.
• In-depth and thorough knowledge of co-working products - an advantage.
