    We are searching for the best talent for Project Manager role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

    Purpose: Our R&D department, responsible for developing the company's next-generation products through innovative technologies, is seeking a highly skilled R&D Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and oversee the research and development of new products.

    This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development and worldwide launch of cutting-edge medical device products.

    You Will Be Responsible For

    • Lead the development of complex technical product, and manage a multi-disciplinary team including Software Engineers, System Integrators, and STE.

    • Manage relationships with contractors and collaborate across various functions within the organization.

    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring efficient execution aligned with upcoming milestones.

    • Communicate project status, business opportunities, and challenges to senior management.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all relevant regulations and laws.

    • Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to advance project milestones such as submissions and regional launches.

    Qualifications And Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of project/technical leadership experience

    • Experience managing multidisciplinary systems; experience in medical device development is a significant advantage.

    • Experience leading development processes from conception through to product delivery.

    • In-depth knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.

    • Strong decision-making capabilities, especially under uncertainty.

    • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
