בתפקיד זה, תיקח/י חלק משמעותי בהכשרת מטוסים מחדש והחזרתם לקו הפעיל, תוך ניהול תפעולי מקצועי של תחזוקת מטוסי תובלה בבסיס חיל האוויר בנבטים. התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה וישירה לביצוע עבודות תחזוקה באיכות ללא פשרות, תוך עמידה בסטנדרטים מחמירים ומתן מענה 24/7 לדרישות הלקוח.
תחומי האחריות:
• ניהול תפעולי מקצועי של תחזוקת מטוסי תובלה בבסיס של חיל האוויר בדרג א' בנבטים.
• אחריות על שמישות וזמינות המטוסים בהתאם לתוכנית הטיסות.
• מתן מענה 24/7 ועמידה מלאה בדרישות לקוח.
• עמידה ביעדים תפעוליים שנקבעו.
• ממשקי עבודה שוטפים עם גורמים בחיל האוויר, ספקים ולקוחות.
• כפיפות למנהל/ת התפעול ואחריות על עבודת צוותי תחזוקה.

Requirements
אנו מחפשים מועמד/ת בעל/ת ניסיון מוכח ומוטיבציה גבוהה:
• תעודת הנדסאי/ת או טכנאי/ת - חובה.
• 10 שנות ניסיון לפחות במערך הטכני של חיל האוויר - חובה.
• ניסיון בתפקיד פיקודי בטייסת טיסה או בטייסת תחזוקה בחיל האוויר - חובה.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוותי עובדים של 20 עובדים לפחות - חובה.
• ניסיון בניתוח תקלות טכניות - חובה.
• נכונות לעבודה בשעות לא שגרתיות כולל סופי שבוע - חובה.
