Controller Reporting to Finance Manager| Global Multinational Company

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting activities.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the global finance organization.

• Manage all tax-related matters, including corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.

• Coordinate statutory reporting requirements and annual external audits.

• Serve as the key contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial control enhancements.

• Maintain compliance with local regulations and corporate accounting policies.

Requirements

• Israeli CPA certification – mandatory.

• Big 4 – mandatory.

• 5–7+ years of post-qualification experience.

• Proven experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and controllership activities.

• Strong knowledge of Israeli tax regulations, VAT, statutory reporting, and transfer pricing.

• Experience working within a multinational environment and reporting to a global finance organization.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advantage

• Previous in-house Controller experience within a multinational company.

• Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.

• Experience with SOX controls and compliance frameworks.
