As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Board Designer to join our R&D team and play a key role in developing our next generation of embedded hardware products.
What You'll Do
• Lead board-level hardware design from concept to production.
• Design schematics, select components, and manage the BOM.
• Collaborate with PCB layout engineers to optimize signal integrity, power distribution, EMC/EMI, and manufacturability.
• Support prototype manufacturing, board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
• Work closely with embedded software, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers.
• Lead hardware design reviews and maintain engineering documentation.
• Support the transition from development to manufacturing and pilot production.
What We're Looking For
• B.Sc. (or higher) in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in board-level hardware design (analog, digital, and power electronics).
• Strong experience with embedded systems and HW/FW integration.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB development tools, laboratory debugging, and board validation.
• Experience working with PCB manufacturing and external PCBA vendors.
• Knowledge of BOM management, component lifecycle, and alternative component selection.
• Experience in motion control, power electronics, or EMC/EMI design is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
