• ניהול המחלקה והובלת הצוות, אחריות כוללת על מחלקת פיתוח האלקטרוניקה לחלל, ניהול ישיר של 12 מהנדסים, הגדרת משימות, חלוקת עבודה וליווי מקצועי.
• פיתוח ותכן מערכות, הובלת פיתוח כרטיסים אלקטרוניים משלב הגדרת הדרישות, כתיבת מפרטים, ביצוע תכן ראשוני ומפורט ותכן מעגלים חשמליים.
• שילוב תחומי הנדסה תומכים, עבודה צמודה עם תחומי מכאניקה, תרמיקה ואמינות, לשילוב המערכות ותיאום מלא בין הדיסציפלינות.
