You are:

A DevOps Team Lead with 2+ years of experience in managing DevOps teams or Platform engineering teams. You’re experienced with CI/CD concepts and tools, microservices, Kubernetes and its ecosystem, logging and monitoring. You have great leadership skills, proven architecture/design skills, and knowledge in a wide range of technologies. You’re highly motivated, self driven, and you lead by example a "hands-on" management style.

Your team:

Mix of highly skilled DevOps engineers and enthusiastic, eager to learn and highly motivated engineers crafting both inbound and outbound DevOps tooling and technology - starting with internal CI/CD systems and going all the way to logs, metrics and BI data streaming from internal and external customers. Working closely with our backend, front-end, research, product, support and deployment teams in order to tackle challenges and streamline user-friendly, scalable, robust and automatic solutions.

Responsibilities:

As a DevOps Team Lead you will:

• Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented engineers and their personal development.

• Shape and influence cross-teams / departments processes in an agile, fast-paced ecosystem.

• Design, build and maintain our evolving CI/CD supporting a RnD of > 300 members.

• Maintain and improve Dev, Staging and production environments to be scalable, highly available, resilient and secure.

• Codification of infrastructure using industry leading tooling such as Ansible and Terraform.

• Implement monitoring/metric collection for applications in a K8S based environment, using Prometheus, Grafana, Mimir.

• Take part in deep-dive troubleshooting and driving technical post-mortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.

• Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a team leader.

• 4+ years of proven experience working with Linux operating systems (Debian/Ubuntu preferred).

• Experience with K8s, Logging and Monitoring.

• Proven experience with CI tools (such as Jenkins, Gitlab-CI, Circle-CI, etc) and experience in their implementation.

• Proven experience with CD tools and experience in their implementation.

• Proven experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform/Ansible.

• Proven experience with Kubernetes infrastructure (Provisioning and managing K8s HA clusters from scratch).

• Proven scripting skills (Python/Go/Java or other programming languages).

• Solid understanding of Networking Technologies and concepts.

• Great interpersonal skills.
