This is a key leadership position serving as the main technical authority in cutting-edge projects, leading multidisciplinary development activities from concept to delivery.

You will work closely with engineering, production, operations, subcontractors, and customers while leading complex technological programs with broad impact and strategic importance.
In this role you will
Lead full technical aspects of space camera systems while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and design integrity
Manage and conduct engineering reviews, integrations, tests, and formal release processes
Plan and control project schedules, quality, and deliverables
Coordinate and collaborate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and supporting departments
Manage engineering resources, prioritize tasks, and oversee development workstreams
Lead the system from early development phases through final delivery to the customer
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Electro-Optics - advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience leading multidisciplinary development projects
Experience in developing, managing, and monitoring project schedules
Experience in the development of electro-optical military systems - advantage
Strong system-level understanding and deep technical knowledge
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
High commitment, responsibility, and willingness to invest effort over extended periods
