Role Description The Sports Coach at The Padel Jerusalem is a full-time, on-site role based in Jerusalem, Israel. The coach will lead private and group padel training sessions, focusing on skill development, game strategy, and physical conditioning for players of different ages and abilities. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training programs, demonstrating proper techniques, monitoring player progress, and providing constructive feedback. The coach will support tournaments and events, help ensure a safe and inclusive playing environment, and collaborate with staff to promote programs and enhance the overall player experience.
Qualifications
• Have experience with racket sports (padel, tennis, squash, pickleball)
• Speak Hebrew or English (French and/or Arabic is a big plus)
• Love working with people and thrive in a team environment
