Senior Technology Leader – SOLO

SOLO is an innovative Deep-Tech platform focused on the Human Digital Twin, integrating Artificial Intelligence, sensors, and real-time data analytics for defence, healthcare, and civilian applications.

We are looking for a Senior Technology Leader who is both Hands-on and End-to-End, to join an innovative startup and lead the technology development from Proof of Concept (PoC), through MVP and pilot deployments, to a production-ready operational system.

This is a key leadership role combining technical leadership, hands-on software development, technology decision-making, and ownership of the product development lifecycle.

Required Experience & Capabilities

Proven experience in software development with strong hands-on coding skills.

Strong proficiency in Python and backend software development.

Experience developing and leading complex software systems from concept to working product.

Experience building Proof of Concept (PoC), MVPs, and transitioning products into production.

Experience developing APIs, backend services, streaming applications, and database-driven systems.

Ability to lead and grow a multidisciplinary software development team.

Experience in one or more of the following domains is an advantage: Defence, MedTech, Aerospace, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or Embedded AI.

Technical Knowledge & Familiarity

Familiarity with Real-Time, Edge, and On-Premise systems.

Familiarity with integrating sensors and edge devices, including cameras, audio, HRV, EDA, Eye Tracking, and wearable technologies.

Knowledge of data processing, Sensor Fusion, and multi-source data analysis.

Familiarity with Machine Learning, Multimodal AI, and real-time AI applications.

Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy, encryption, protection of sensitive physiological and biometric data, and secure military network environments.

Familiarity with testing, validation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes for mission-critical systems.
