The role:
Kaltura is looking for a technology ecosystem Partner Manager to drive the growth, management, and operational success of our global tech partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing technology, content, AI, accessibility, that expand Kaltura's platform capabilities, drive revenue, and drive value and innovation to our customers.
Working closely with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, you will serve as the primary owner of partner relationships, helping identify new opportunities, resolve business and operational challenges, and ensure partnerships deliver measurable value to both Kaltura and our customers.
This role requires a combination of tech understanding, commercial acumen, relationship management, and strong operational execution.
The day-to-day
• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic technology, marketplace, AI, accessibility, content, and ecosystem partners.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact for ongoing discussions, escalations, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and drive new partnership opportunities that expand Kaltura’s platform capabilities, support customer needs, and create measurable business value.
• Lead partner onboarding and ongoing partnership execution across commercial, legal, technical, operational, and go-to-market workstreams.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to support customer opportunities involving partners and help accelerate deal execution.
• Collaborate with Product teams to evaluate partner capabilities, identify product gaps, and support roadmap discussions where relevant.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations on agreements, SOWs, approvals, invoicing, and other operational requirements.
• Drive internal partner enablement, positioning, and awareness across relevant teams.
• Track partner performance, including revenue contribution, customer adoption, pipeline, strategic opportunities, and overall business impact.
• Identify ways to improve partner processes, operational efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
Ideally, we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management, product, business development, strategic alliances, customer-facing SaaS roles, or related fields.
• Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and business value.
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
