We are looking for an exceptional writer to join our Resource Development team. If you enjoy transforming ideas into compelling stories, have a sharp eye for detail, and are passionate about creating high-quality funding proposals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Grant Writing & Proposal Development
• Write grant proposals and funding applications for foundations and private donors, from concept development through submission.
• Tailor proposals to each funder's priorities, guidelines, and funding criteria.
Donor Reporting
• Prepare clear, compelling narrative reports for foundations and donors in accordance with grant requirements.
Collateral Development
• Develop and update fundraising and communications collateral, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, one-pagers, social media content and more.
Editing & Content Review
• Edit and review content in both Hebrew and English, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a high professional standard across all Resource Development materials.

Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience in resource development, with a strong focus on grant writing, funding applications, donor reporting, and content development.
• Outstanding writing skills and the ability to transform ideas, data, and organizational impact into persuasive funding proposals.
• Native-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and spoken) - must have.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Position Details
• Reports to the Director of Resource Development.
• Full-time hybrid position (three days per week from our offices in the Bursa District, Ramat Gan).
• Immediate start.
