At Jacobs, we design some of the most complex and specialized facilities in the world—including semiconductor manufacturing plants, data centres, and other advanced technology environments. If you’re motivated by technically challenging projects and enjoy working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary setting, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

You will work as part of a highly interactive, multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the design and delivery of advanced industrial and high-tech facilities. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise across all project stages while collaborating with engineers and specialists to create integrated, high-quality solutions.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering impactful design.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead and oversee architectural design delivery within complex project environments, coordinating closely with multi-disciplinary engineering and project teams

• Drive the development of architectural design solutions utilizing integrated 2D and 3D design platforms

• Provide technical leadership through quality reviews of architectural models and deliverables, ensuring compliance with project standards and design requirements

• Contribute to key project activities including design reviews, risk assessments, constructability evaluations, and vendor/technical bid reviews

• Support project planning activities through the preparation of architectural scope definitions, effort estimates, schedules, and discipline deliverables

• Play an active role across all project phases, from concept and master planning through detailed design, execution, and construction support

• Foster strong collaboration within fast-paced, delivery-focused project teams while effectively managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations

Here's what you'll need

• Relevant educational background with minimum 10 years of related experience in previous Project Architect role (or similar)

• Experience with projects in industrial, manufacturing, life science, laboratories, data centers or semiconductors preferred

• Ability to work independently and/or manage an architectural support team

• Proven track record of successfully delivering architectural projects from conceptual design through completion

• Experience with and knowledge of building codes

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Ability and willingness to work on-site five days per week at our Kiryat Gat office

Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.

Your application experience is important to us, and we’re keen to adapt to make every interaction even better. If you require further support or reasonable adjustments with regards to the recruitment process (for example, you require the application form in a different format), please contact the team via Careers Support.
