UCT is looking for a talented Planner to join us in Israel!

Planner I is responsible for coordinating production workflows across one or multiple products, ensuring operations are planned and prioritized for maximum efficiency and minimal delays. Duties include determining equipment and material needs, scheduling shifts, monitoring progress to meet deadlines and budgets, and resolving issues quickly. The position also involves tracking output data, preparing performance reports, maintaining organized documentation, and collaborating closely with quality control, warehouse, and other teams.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.

• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

• Determine, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.

• Schedule shift according to production needs.

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.

• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.

• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).

• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.

• Keep paperwork organized.

• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• To organize the production according to demand and quality standards.

• To make sure the goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner.

• To be well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.

• Advanced communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.

• The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

Required Education/Experience

• Practical Engineer in Industrial Engineering field preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience

• 3 or more Years in same position preferred.
