We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Organizational Development & Learning team and play a key role in managing learning activities, training operations, and learning processes across the organization.

What you'll do?

• Manage and coordinate ongoing organizational learning and training activities

• Own and administer the Learning Management System (LMS)

• Lead regulatory training administration and compliance tracking

• Coordinate and execute training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives

• Support the development and implementation of learning solutions based on organizational needs

• Work closely with managers, employees, and external vendors

• Produce reports, monitor learning data, and manage related administrative processes

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field – required; Master's degree – an advantage

• 2–3 years of experience in learning, training, organizational development, or a related field

• Strong ability to work independently, provide excellent service, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and interfaces

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
