תיאור התפקיד:
הובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים חוצי ארגון, מורכבים ובעלי השפעה אסטרטגית.
אחריות מלאה מקצה לקצה על ניהול הפרויקט, החל משלב הגדרת מטרות ויעדים, דרך תכנון לו"ז ותקציב, ועד יישום והטמעה.
תחומי אחריות:
· הגדרת מטרות, יעדים ומדדי הצלחה לפרויקטים
· בניית תוכניות עבודה, ניהול לו"ז, תקציב וסיכונים
· תיאום והובלה של ממשקים מרובים: פיתוח, סייבר, תשתיות, יחידות עסקיות וספקים
· מעקב ובקרה אחר התקדמות, איכות ותוצרים
· הכנת מצגות, סטטוסים והצגת התקדמות להנהלה בכירה
· הובלת תהליכי קבלת החלטות וניהול פערים עסקיים-טכנולוגיים
· עבודה בסביבה דינמית ומרובת משימות, כולל תעדוף מתמיד
דרישות חובה מקצועיות (השכלה, ניסיון) :
· תואר ראשון רלוונטי (מערכות מידע/תעשיה וניהול/מדעי המחשב או דומה)
· ניסיון של לפחות 2–3 שנים בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים מורכבים
· ניסיון מוכח בניהול מטריציוני ועבודה מול ממשקים רבים
· הבנה בסביבה טכנולוגית (פיתוח/תשתיות/מערכות ארגוניות)
· שליטה גבוהה ב- Office ובכלי ניהול פרויקטים
יתרונות:
