מוביל.ת בקרת איכות - תפקיד משמעותי בסביבת ייצור בכפיפות למנהל המפעל הכולל הקמת התחום, הובלת בקרות האיכות, עבודה מול מחלקות ייצור והבטחת עמידה בתקני איכות ובטיחות מזון. בין השאר -
• גיבוש והטמעת מדיניות איכות ומערכת בטיחות במזון
• ניהול תיק איכות - כתיבת נהלים, טפסים, הוראות עבודה, תיעוד ואימות
• תיקוף נהלים, בקרה ופיקוח יומיומיים בשטח
• ביצוע מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים
דרישות:
• ניסיון תעסוקתי בבקרת איכות במפעל מזון/פארמה כולל הובלת צוות HACCP
• ניסיון בהתמודדות עם ביקורות משרד הבריאות/OQC
• תואר ראשון רלוונטי
• יכולת הבניית תהליכים והנחלתם כולל שליטה במתודולוגיות
• יחסי אנוש מעולים, כריזמה, סקרנות ואורך רוח
