Original listing · kept for referenceA large, stable retail company is seeking an Experienced ERP Logistics Consultant to join its professional ERP team and help lead a strategic migration to Oracle ERP Cloud. The position combines hands-on implementation in Oracle E-Business Suite 11/12 with active participation in the cloud transition. You will own end-to-end logistics processes (INV, BOM, OM, Purchasing), develop new integrations, optimize existing flows, support users, and mentor junior consultants.
Responsibilities
• Process Analysis & Implementation – gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy solutions in INV, BOM, Order Management, and Purchasing modules.
• Interface Development – specify and implement integrations with external systems (file loads, barcode scanners, handheld devices, etc.).
• Project Leadership – drive tasks from scoping through go-live, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• User Support & Training – diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and train end-users on new functionality.
• Team Collaboration – work closely with IT, development, and business stakeholders; coach and guide other functional consultants.
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle logistics modules (INV, BOM, OM, Purchasing).
• Proven track record in defining and deploying new processes and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Basic SQL proficiency (queries, troubleshooting).
• Solid experience with Oracle ERP/E-Business Suite versions 11 and/or 12.
• Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion) experience – strong advantage.
• Exposure to OPM or Advanced Pricing – advantage.
• Familiarity with standard logistics interfaces (file uploads, handheld/mobile devices) – advantage.
• Broad process understanding, strong analytical skills, and ability to see the “big picture.”
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and teamwork.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and independently lead tasks/projects.
• Native-level Hebrew (for user support) and good English for documentation.
