התפקיד כולל:
• מתן תמיכה טכנית מקיפה למחשבים, עמדות ייצור וציוד קצה.
• טיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה.
• תמיכה במערכות הפעלה (Windows 10) ובסביבת Office 365 ו-Intune.
• ניהול משתמשים ב-Active Directory: הגדרת קבוצות, הרשאות, הקמת תיבות דואר ויישום Group Policy.
• טיפול בתקלות רשת מבוזרת, תחנות עבודה, מדפסות ותקשורת.
עבודה בשעות משרה מלאה, ימים א'-ה'.
כוננות בימי שישי אחת לחודש (מרחוק או באתרים על פי הצורך).
דרישות:
• ניסיון מוכח של שנה לפחות כטכנאי/ת מחשבים.
• ניסיון מוכח של שנתיים לפחות במתן תמיכה למשתמשים בארגון גדול.
• ניסיון מעמיק בניהול משתמשים ב-Active Directory.
• ניסיון בטיפול בתקלות רשת מבוזרת וציוד קצה.
• היכרות ושליטה במערכת ההפעלה Microsoft Windows 10.
• היכרות עם סביבת Office 365 ו-Intune.
• יכולת גבוהה לעבודת צוות.
• יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ ועומס משימות.
• אוריינטציה שירותית גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.
