CloudTech מגייסת מנהל/ת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים (החלפה לחל"ד) להובלה וליווי של פרויקטים חוצי ארגון מטעם הלקוח, מול ספקים חיצוניים וצוותים פנימיים.

אחריות לתכנון, בקרה והובלת הפרויקט משלב הייזום ועד לעלייה לאוויר וקליטה מלאה בארגון.

תיאור התפקיד:

• הובלת הפרויקט מול כלל הגורמים הרלוונטיים בארגון (משתמשים עסקיים, IT, הנהלה) ומול ספקים חיצוניים

• בקרה על עמידה ביעדים, איכות התוצרים ותחזוקה של תכנית העבודה

• ליווי תהליכי בדיקות, הדרכות והטמעה

• דיווח שוטף להנהלה וכתיבת מסמכי סטטוס

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים טכנולוגיים – חובה

• רקע בתחום מערכות CRM – חובה

• היכרות עם Salesforce – יתרון משמעותי

• ניסיון בעבודה מול לקוחות ציבוריים – יתרון

• יכולת ניהול והנעת צוותים במבנה מטריציוני

• כישורי תקשורת מעולים בעברית, בכתב ובעל פה

• הבנה עסקית רחבה ויכולת תרגום צרכים עסקיים לפתרונות טכנולוגיים

• סדר, ארגון, אחריות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה עצמאית

• שליטה בכלי ניהול פרויקטים (MS Project, Jira, Monday וכדומה)
