About the Role
Join Maytronics' Program Management team and lead multidisciplinary product development programs from concept through launch. This role sits at the intersection of Product, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, and Service, driving execution of innovative robotic products and strategic product initiatives.
Responsibilities
*Lead end-to-end development programs across Hardware, Software, Mechanics, IoT, Apps, and Cloud.
*Build and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
*Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams and external partners.
*Lead program reviews, decision-making processes, and escalation management.
*Ensure delivery targets for schedule, quality, cost, and product performance.
Support NPI, manufacturing readiness, supply chain preparedness, and product launch activities.
*Track program KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
*B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
*2+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary product development programs.
