Data Analyst

A leading financial institution is looking for a Data Analyst to join its Strategy team.

This is a high-impact analytical role combining data analysis, business insights, SQL, and strategic decision support, with direct exposure to senior management and key business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and complex data queries to support strategic and business initiatives

• Work extensively with SQL and Excel to analyze large datasets and identify trends and business opportunities

• Develop reports, KPIs, and performance analyses to provide a clear view of business performance

• Support and lead Power BI implementation and reporting processes

• Translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations

• Participate in strategic discussions and present findings to senior stakeholders and management

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field

• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst

• At least 1 year of hands-on SQL experience

• Previous experience in a bank, credit company, insurance company, or other financial company -a significant advantage

• Experience with Power BI – a significant advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and data presentation skills
