עוזר/ת למהנדס/ת התפעול בתחנת הכח באשקלון

תיאור המשרה

• התפקיד כולל פעילות שוטפת מול גורמי האחזקה בתחנה לטיפול בתקלות והגדרת רמת דחיפות.

• ביצוע ניהול סיכונים לפעולות תפעוליות.

• אחריות לביצוע וקידום פרוייקטים בתחה"כ בהתאם להנחיית מהנדס התפעול.

• מעקב אחר יישום נהלי התפעול ועדכונם בהתאם לנדרש.

• יישום מדיניות לעמידה ביעדי התפעול והבטחת ביצועים בהתאם למדדי הבקרה הניהולית.

• אחריות להנחיה, הדרכה והסמכת עובדי משמרת במשימות התפעוליות

• לעיתים נדרשת עבודה מאומצת ואף בשעות לא שגרתיות – לילות, סופי שבוע, שבתות וחגים.
