We are a global consumer goods company focused on innovative products for parents and children. As we scale, we’re hiring a Distributor Marketing Manager to own marketing support for our distributor network and ensure consistent, high‑impact local activations across markets.

Role overview

The Distributor Marketing Manager will be the main point of contact for distribution partners, responsible for creating go‑to‑market toolkits, advising on local campaign adaptations, onboarding partners, and monitoring performance to drive brand growth and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver marketing toolkits for distributors, including product launch assets, seasonal campaign materials, POS templates and creative guidelines.

• Advise distributors on adapting global campaigns to local markets while maintaining brand consistency and cultural relevance.

• Define and support go‑to‑market plans for new products and promotional activities.

• Onboard new partners and run regular update/review calls with existing distributors.

• Help distributors build annual marketing calendars, budgets and KPIs; monitor activity and recommend optimizations.

• Gather market insights from distributors on consumer behavior, trends and competitor activity to inform global planning.

• Conduct regular audits of local executions to ensure brand standards and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in international/channel/distributor marketing or export markets; preferably in consumer goods.

• Strong understanding of multi‑market dynamics, with experience supporting emerging markets an advantage.

• Proven ability to manage partner relationships across cultures and time zones.

• Highly organized, proactive and results‑oriented.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus.
