We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join our team and to support our meaningful growth. What Will You Do? • Define, develop, and implement new testing methods, tools, processes, and documentation in accordance with company design procedures. • Design and execute experiments to evaluate system capabilities and characterize performance. • Perform integration testing according to defined methodologies to validate product performance and assess V-LAP system capabilities during R&D development. • Participate in the firmware development lifecycle, execute firmware validation, and verify test coverage against system requirements. • Manage complex technical investigations by planning and leading cross-functional collaboration for investigations, performing root cause analysis, documenting findings, and driving issues to resolution. • Drive automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency. • Collaborate closely with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to drive product development, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure successful product releases. What do you need to bring with you? • B.Sc. in Engineering (Biomedical engineering or electrical engineering) • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields (Integration, V&V, R&D) • Experience in the medical device or biotech industry - an advantage • Experience in investigating • Experience in developing automation • Proficiency in Python and scripting/automation • Experience in soldering – an advantage • Independent, well-organized, and detail-oriented • Strong interpersonal abilities • Excellent Hebrew & English - written & spoken. • Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, I2C) – an advantage • Good hands-on understanding of electronics (RF systems – an advantage)Experience using lab equipment (such as Oscilloscopes and Spectrum analyzers)
