We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary software infrastructure team supporting complex, long-term technology projects.
This is a hands-on development role involving close interaction with hardware, processors, boards, drivers, and communication interfaces. The position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex low-level challenges and taking part in the full development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Develop real-time embedded software in C
• Work closely with hardware, microcontrollers, boards, and electronic components
• Develop and integrate low-level drivers
• Implement communication protocols such as SPI, UART, I2C, and UDP
• Perform board bring-up, system integration, debugging, and optimization
• Analyze requirements and write design and test documentation
• Work in Host and Target environments
• Develop in both RTOS and Bare-Metal environments
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors when required
Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in Real-Time Embedded software development
• Strong hands-on experience in C
• Proven experience working close to hardware
• Experience developing drivers and working with multiple boards
• Ability to read and understand electronic schematics
• Experience with board bring-up and system-level debugging
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and flexible thinking
• Availability for occasional extended hours during integration and testing activities
