The Role We are looking for a full-time, on-site Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our F&B outlets in Tel Aviv-Yafo. You’ll be the heartbeat of the dining experience, maintaining an active presence on the floor and leading your team by example.
What You'll Do:
• Lead the Floor: Guide and support your team during service, manage shift schedules, and keep the energy high.
• Take Care of Guests: Manage reservations, seat guests, and handle any requests or feedback with a smile and a professional touch.
• Keep It Running Smoothly: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure flawless service.
• Maintain Standards: Make sure all food and beverage areas are sparkling clean, safe, and up to Isrotel’s quality standards.
• Behind the Scenes: Help out with inventory control and roll out new promotions or service upgrades.
What We’re Looking For:
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing shifts, guiding teams, and tracking performance.
• F&B Background: Hands-on experience in a restaurant, hotel, or comparable environment. (Previous hotel experience is a big plus!)
• Guest-First Mindset: A strong focus on customer service and the ability to solve issues quickly to keep guests happy.
• Great Communicator: Clear, professional, and friendly communication with both diverse teams and guests.
• Organized & Fast: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to the little details.
• Flexible: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed by hotel operations.
• Languages: Basic Hebrew and good English are required (additional languages are a bonus!).
