Role: Operations Analyst (Tel Aviv)
We are seeking a motivated Operations Analyst to join our Fund Operations team in Tel Aviv office. The role includes maintaining accurate data records and performance indicators while partnering closely with internal teams. In addition, you will drive process improvements, help implement automation and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Loan system data management: Maintain data integrity within our loan management system, including deal parameters, loan status, interest rates, and other portfolio-related data.
• Reporting & analysis: Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting on funds, investors, and loan performance, including key performance indicators such as IRR and coupon yield.
• Quarterly closing processes: Support recurring fund cycles, including capital calls, cash distributions, and performance reporting, in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Process improvement & AI: Identify and help implement improvements to existing tools and workflows, including Excel-based processes, and support the adoption of automation and AI tools.
• Cross-team collaboration: Partner closely with Fund Accounting, Loan Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and structured data and reporting.
Qualifications
• BA in Business Management, Economics, or equivalent from a leading institution.
• 0–2 years of experience in business operations, financial analysis, or equivalent, recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong Excel skills – a must (reconciliations, structured outputs, attention to detail).
• A proactive, collaborative team player and fast learner with high energy.
