התפקיד כולל אחריות ניהולית ומקצועית על תשתיות הקצה וה-Mobile בארגון, לצד ניהול שכבת התמיכה Tier 3 לתקלות תשתית מורכבות ועבודה שוטפת מול מוקדי התמיכה וצוותי התשתיות.
תחומי אחריות:
ניהול כולל של תשתיות הקצה בארגון – מחשבים, ציוד היקפי ומכשירי Mobile.
ניהול והפעלה של מערכות MDM ו-Intune, כולל מדיניות, אבטחת קצה (EDR) ו-Patch Management.
תפעול מתקדם של סביבות Windows 10/11 והפצת Images ארגוניים.
ניהול שכבת Tier 3 וטיפול בתקלות מורכבות ורוחביות, כולל ניהול אסקלציות.
הובלת תהליכי עבודה, שיפור חוויית משתמש והטמעת טכנולוגיות חדשות.
ניהול מקצועי ואישי של צוות עובדים.
דרישות התפקיד:
תואר רלוונטי / יוצאי יחידות טכנולוגיות – חובה.
ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בתשתיות קצה (System / Endpoint) – חובה.
ניסיון בניהול צוות או הובלה מקצועית משמעותית – חובה.
ניסיון בעבודה עם Windows, SCCM ו/או Intune – חובה.
ניסיון בכתיבת סקריפטים (PowerShell) – חובה.
ניסיון בעבודה מול מוקדי תמיכה – חובה.
היכרות עם Citrix, Active Directory ואבטחת קצה – יתרון.
